Personal or team
Every Gelim Account starts as a personal account, paid from your own credit. A team shares one plan and one credit, and its owner decides who's in and how they sign in.

Open a team
Opening a team comes at launch, with buying credit. Whoever opens a team becomes its Owner.
Join a team
- Ask the team's owner to invite your email. The address must not have a Gelim Account yet.
- Open the invitation email, You're invited to join … on Gelim, within 7 days.
- Choose Create an account with that email, or Accept invitation if you're signed in with it.
Joining a team doesn't buy a seat or add credit by itself: the team pays for your use of Gelim from then on.
What changes on a team
- Your chats, canvases and recordings are still yours. Team recordings live in the team's workspace.
- Your personal credit is kept, unspent. It pays again if you leave the team.
- The team's owner decides whether Gelim is on for the team, on the Apps page.
- One email belongs to at most one team.
Leave a team
Open Teams → Settings and choose Leave this team. You go back to your personal plan at once.
Next steps
- Team members and roles: invite people and change roles.
- Team sign-in: sign in with your company's Microsoft account.
- Credit and usage: who sees what.
