Activity
Gelim does many things at once: answers, deep research, uploads, transcription, translation, actions, canvas runs. Activity lists them all in one place, so you can open one, retry it, or stop it.
1. Open Activity
Press ⌘⇧A, or choose Activity in the Window menu or the menu bar mark.
Open the drawer, tap Settings → Activity.
Press ⌘⇧A, or open Settings → Activity.
2. Filter
Choose All, Running, Waiting or Needs attention. Team admins can switch between Mine and Team.
3. Act on a job
Each row says what it is and where it runs: on this device, on the server, or in your Gelim Account.

| Open | Opens the chat, canvas or recording it belongs to |
| Retry | Tries again, where that's possible |
| Stop (or Kill) | Stops it after asking. What it already made stays, and nothing more is charged |
| Cancel research | Cancels a deep research report; nothing is charged |
Good to know
- A job that's already finishing on the server can't be stopped.
- Stopping a running answer keeps the text written so far.
- Activity refreshes by itself every few seconds. When nothing runs, it says Nothing is running.
