Your library
Every chat, canvas and recording you make sits in one list, in the sidebar on the Mac and the web and in the drawer on the iPhone. Search it, pin what matters, archive what's done, and get back anything you deleted within 30 days.
Find something
Use Search at the top of the sidebar (⌘⇧H on Mac and web). It matches titles; on the web it also searches inside canvases and recordings. Click Chats, Canvases or Recordings (tap, on the iPhone) to show only that kind; click it again to show everything. While the list shows every kind, each row has its kind's icon; with one kind chosen, rows show none, and pinned chats sit under Pinned.
Filter and sort
Open the filter menu next to Chats and canvases:

On the iPhone, the Show sheet offers All, Chats, Canvases, Recordings, Pinned, Archived and Recently deleted.
The row menu
Open a row's menu: on the Mac, right-click it; on the web, hover it and click ⋯; on the iPhone, touch and hold it.

Pin
Choose Pin in a row's menu, or swipe right on the iPhone. Pinned items stay at the top, on every device.
Archive
Choose Archive to take something out of the list without deleting it. Find it again under Status → Archived, and choose Unarchive to bring it back.
Delete and restore
1. Delete
Choose Delete…. One dialog lists what goes with it — messages, audio, the transcript, action results, a published edition — and offers Archive instead.
2. Find it in Recently deleted
Open Status → Recently deleted. Each item shows how many days are left.
3. Restore it, or delete it now
Choose Restore to put it back where it was, or Delete now… to remove it for good. Items are removed for good after 30 days.
Good to know
- Deleting a recording also deletes its Chat about this chats; restoring brings them back.
- A restored canvas comes back unpublished.
- A team admin can restore a member's deleted team recording.
- The Delete dialog tells you if a chat will be deleted at once instead of waiting 30 days.
